Mesa Street Dental’s Discount Loyalty Plan
If you do not have traditional dental insurance, Mesa Street Dental offers an in-house Discount Loyalty Plan designed specifically for uninsured patients.
This is not dental insurance. Instead, you pay an annual membership fee in exchange for specified preventive services and discounts on eligible treatment provided at Mesa Street Dental.
We currently offer two plans.
Tier One: Regular Cleaning Plan
Our current Tier One plan is $350 per year and includes:
- 2 routine exams
- 2 regular cleanings
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 4 emergency exams
- All 2D X-rays
- 15% off eligible in-office treatment

Tier Two: Perio Cleaning Plan
