How much does an emergency dental exam cost?
$99 for non-insured patients. That includes a focused clinical exam and diagnostic 2D imaging. If you choose to have treatment completed the same day, you’ll save an additional 10% off that treatment.
Do you take insurance?
We’re not in-network with insurance providers, but we file claims on your behalf and work to collect payments from your insurer directly. We also have an in-house dental membership plan for patients without insurance. Call us and we’ll walk you through your options before your visit.
Can you fix my tooth the same day?
In most cases, yes. Dr. Sean Harrell will examine the situation and complete treatment same-day whenever possible. For broken teeth, lost fillings, painful cavities, and similar emergencies, same-day treatment is the goal.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We offer same-day appointments Monday through Thursday. Call as early in the morning as possible for best availability — our emergency slots fill up fast.
What if my emergency happens outside your office hours?
Call (915) 465-5008 and leave a voicemail describing your situation. We’ll call you back first thing and get you seen as soon as we open. Established patients can also reach Dr. Sean Harrell via text after hours.
