I’m from out of state and my experience with dentists out there do not compare to my experience here at Mesa Street... Dental. Alice was kind enough to schedule me right away for a same day crown and a few days later for a deep clean and fillings. You can tell Dr. Sean Harrell loves what he does given his energy and enthusiasm while in the office. And he actually explained things throughout my procedures. The entire staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!read more

Easily the most relaxing, comfortable, and almost fun experience going to a dentist ever.I came here because of good... reviews and was not disappointed. Sean is an absolute blast and very easy to get along with. It’s also incredibly obvious that he takes care of his staff because when he is not in the room, they praise him. Maria cleaned my teeth and we were able to talk about music and all kinds of fun stuff. Just an overall great experience.Unfortunately, They also found my first cavity ever but the process to fill it took 20 minutes and felt no pain whatsoever. Same with the cleaning.Highly recommend.read more

Dr. Harrell and his team are awesome! I came in for a first time root canal and I was extremely anxious. His assistant... made me feel at ease while I waited for my procedure. Dr. Harrell was very understanding and did a fast, painless and excellent job! They also explained to me the work I would need on my other teeth. Dr Sean and his staff are truly AMAZING! From Alice at the front desk to the assistants in the back. Everyone is so... professional. I happened to come in for the first time when everyone was at lunch and the Dr himself gave me my paperwork. I have NEVER been to an office where the doctor greets the patient at the front. Everybody is incredibly friendly! The doctor answers any and all questions thoroughly and does not hesitate to explain... further into detail. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars for me is that there are no real payment plan options. The only option is a credit card and since I’m trying to bring my credit up in order to get a new car later this year, I fear I won’t get approved, or won’t be approved for how much I need. Other than that, the place itself is very clean and the staff is wonderful!read more

I am petrified at the idea of going to a dentist due to a horrible trauma I suffered at the hands of a barbaric... dentist. But Dr. Harrell and his staff are very personable and they put me at ease, no small feat!, and they were super patient with my extreme anxiety. I have much work to do, but I’m confident that I will get it done, and perhaps get over the fear of going to a dentist visit.read more

I was extremely pleased at how soon the office was able to schedule an appointment for me. As a first time patient I... was received and treated well by the staff from start to finish. The Dr was very good at explaining what my treatment paths were along with my options at the time of my visit. The office was very clean and the entire staff was wearing masks. Not gonna lie, service was amazing. Wasn't expecting an environment that made you feel comfortable the moment you... walked in. Went in with unbelievable pain, Dr. Sean Harrell said my wisdom tooth needs to come out. Him and his staff made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The injection to numb the tooth, gum, infected area in the mouth did not hurt!! He made sure of that as well!! I actually had a good night's rest. Definitely will be going back and definitely will recommend to friends and family.read more

I had some serious anxiety before coming here due to a horrible experience with a previous dentist. I did a little... research and came across Mesa Street Dental. Dr. Harrell put me at ease and did a fantastic job. The procedure was pain free and I couldn’t be happier with everyone involved. From the receptionist, the dental technicians, to Dr. Harrell, everyone was very kind and super helpful. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I highly recommend!read more

I visited Mesa street dental for the first time on the 14th of this month. The entire staff are incrediblely friendly... and instructional individuals. I had spoken to Alice, who manages scheduling and the front desk, and had asked her questions over the phone, before setting up an appointment. My biggest concern was the cost of care, because I do not have dental insurance.Alice gave me a full run down of costs and options, she was so understanding.On my appointment day, my hygienist made me feel like I was a relative of hers. She thoroughly educated me on my care and what I can except during my x-rays and more. Thanks to her, I didn't feel left in the dark whatsoever.Lastly, the doctor was just as friendly as the rest of his staff. He didn't make me feel guilty about my oral care (which I'm sensitive about). Instead, he also educated me.I love the environment and culture at this dental office. I feel very confident recommending my friends and family to visit this dental office, if ever they need dental care.read more

I have been in the dental field for over 40 years, and have worked in many different dental offices.That being said, I... am very impressed with this entire office, and I have recommended it to friends and family. I am so happy to have finally found a Dental home!Despite inordinately sensitive teeth, the dental prophylaxis (cleaning) was the best and most comfortable I have ever experienced!The dental hygienist, Virginia C., was very empathetic yet extremely thorough. She explained everything she was doing, and gave me insightful feedback. And again let me say, that the cleaning was very comfortable to my poor overly sensitive teeth!Virginia also took the time to perform the most complete Oral Cancer Screening I have ever had, while she explained everything she was doing. That was also very impressive!Dr. Harrell's exam was unhurried and detailed. He showed me the existing problems, as well as potential problems, using the full mouth x-rays and intra-oral pictures to explain his diagnosis and treatment options. He & Virginia answered my questions and concerns in an unhurried and caring manner.My teeth still feel great, (no sensitivity) and I actually am looking forward to returning to Mesa Street Dental! I've always struggled to find a good dentist with empathetic human beings who provided affordable care. It always... happened that I got one or the other, so I avoided the dentist. Yesterday, I was more than pleasantly surprised to find the most amazing people here and the best care possible. From the moment I called to make the appointment and ask for availability the receptionist was polite and eager to help me. There was no rudeness orior impatience her voice as I kept asking her question after question. Then when I got there I was treated warmly and with respect. They took me in with no waiting time, took my x rays and before I knew it the Doc himself was explaining to me the condition my mouth was in. In detail! And with the x-rays! He explained things I didn't even know could have been avoided by other dentists. Then the cleaning time came and it was the most wonderful experience! She was kind but thorough and went above her duties. She made sure I was in no pain. She understood cleanings are usually very uncomfortable but she responded well to my unconscious reaction to pain and handled it with care and empathy. When I went out to pay they worked with me and I was not broke. By far the best dentistry in El Paso. Thank you.read more

This is one of the greatest dentist offices I’ve ever been to. Clean, courteous, professional, and trustworthy! After... being diagnosed with a devastating dental issue I was helped through the tough transition. I had to be referred out to a periodontist who then worked in conjunction with Dr.Harrell to fix my problem. The stress of 2 coordinating with 2 dentists was seamless and I hardly felt any of that stress. My end result is beautiful and I am SO happy with my results.All of the staff members are so kind and the office is super clean. The hygienist is so sweet and she even has a massage chair. I think that was the most relaxing cleaning ever!Highly recommend 10/10 5 stars!read more

I usually go across the border for my dental needs but due to this pandemic, I had to go local. I searched and got... quotes from a few places and although one has on their name”affordable”, the $190 consultation and x Ray was a turn-off. Mesa street dental did beat others and their price, although the price was not quite like going across the border, but close to it. I will definitely consider them in the future. Staff is friendly and professional. During these closures, they had no trouble seeing me within 24 hours after I called them. How cool is that!?read more

I’m one super fortunate girl. I called with a painful cracked veneer and the wonderful staff and dentist accommodated... my needs immediately. I’m a difficult patient, i know this, I get anxious and over emotional but they always give me comfort and kindness. I cannot appreciate them enough. When this weird virus crisis is over, I plan on two new veneers to complete my smile. That’s how much I trust and believe in MesaStreet!read more
